- Constructed with Q345B + Q690D steel (Weldox optional) with 42CrMo4 pins for superior durability.
- Precision 45-degree beveled plates before welding for optimal joint strength.
- Customizable additional pipelines available upon request.
- Manual welding with 80% Argon and 20% CO2 protective gas mixture for premium weld quality.
- Boring machine precision adjustment for all base joints and main structures to minimize welding stress tolerance.
- Includes comprehensive parts list for easy maintenance and after-sales service.
- Detailed dimension drawings provided for pre-order confirmation.
- Includes anti-explode valve for stick cylinder (JCB220 model).
