3, Long reach boom usually for dredging rivers port construction, railway construction and groundwork construction, with high extensive operation scope, high efficiency and high security.
4, Usually we make the long reach, need to considering the length for shipment, as 40 feet container only 12 meters, if the boom over 11.5meters, then need to use a 45 feet container to load, but if over 13 meters, then only can to make 2-section design.

6, Material we use Q345B+Q690D made the long reach more durable.
7, Made by high strength steel plate.
8, This long reach boom include lubricant pipe system, hydraulic system, 1 bucket with 0.4cbm. 1 linkage, 6 pins and 4 hoses.
9, Promise 100% use Sany original cylinder.
10, As customer request, stick cylinder use them original stick cylinder.
11, Of course you need add extra pipeline to suit some extra application, we can prepare for you.
12, The main material of this long boom is Q345B + Q690D, the top and bottom cover plate use Q690D, other place use Q345B. Pin’s material is 42CrMo4.
13, Before welding, we have use big edge milling machine mill(taper process) the edge of the sheet. So the welding can go to the internal of the steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance.
14, For easy installation and transportation, we prepare the 2 holes in each boom and arm.
15, After finished the long reach, we use the plug to avoid the dust.
16, We will also supply parts list for the long reach boom, so it’s easy for Maintenance and after-sales service.
17, The manufacture time about 15 days. Warranty time 6 month after installation.
