The RFID technology has been widely used in various field nowadays, here we will talk about the application with NFC Tag in Wine and Medicine Bottle Management. According to the requirements from our customers, most of them want us provide them a solution with NFC Label which can help customers use NFC phones read the details of products. This NFC tag can be detected 2 states of memory , one is SEAL CLOSED, another is SEAL BROKEN.

The Tamper detection sensor tag needs to be pasted on the bottle cap, like as below.

Application:

   NFC labels stick on bottle cap or body, sealed on bottleneck, customers use NFC mobile to scan the label to know product details (pre-program details into chip, such as URL, batch number, production time, ect). Once open the bottle, sealed or antenna will be damaged, NFC phone can’t read any information.

Predication:

  Software or system suppliers can make a APP to detect 2 status of labels. If label is undamaged, NFC mobile can read product details, if damaged, the APP will react a massage “seal is broken”
