The BAGTAG – the world’s first secure end-to-end electronic bag tag solution, replaces the traditional paper bag tag. The device can be permanently stuck to your luggage and features a single 4.0” E-paper display that can be easily and securely updated by the traveller using their Bluetooth or NFC enabled smartphone each time they fly. It works with any airline and has a battery lifetime of at least 5 years. The optimised barcode presented on the display and the integrated NXP RFID UHF chip also allows the BAGTAG to be used at any airport.
the BAGTAG is supported by a secure cloud-based travel document delivery services platform and a dedicated airline software development kit for storing travel documents and transferring bag tag data to the BAGTAG device.
