Aluminium Hydrofoil Mast

Our aluminium hydrofoil mast is made for foil brands and equipment builders seeking a reliable structural connection between the board and the foil. It combines an extruded aluminium profile with CNC-machined connection areas, allowing the board plate, fuselage and related components to match the required interface.

The mast profile is designed to balance stiffness, weight and a clean hydrodynamic shape. Holes, threads and mating surfaces are machined to drawing, while the finish can be selected to suit appearance and corrosion-resistance requirements.

We can support standard mast lengths as well as project-specific dimensions, together with matching plates, adapters and fuselage components. From extrusion and machining through to finishing, our focus is on consistent fit between parts—suitable for modular foil systems, replacement components and new product development.
