- Maximum rotor axial movement: 0.1mm
- Seal face vertical tolerance: 0.04mm maximum
- Thoroughly clean all components before installation to prevent contamination
- For extreme temperature or hazardous media applications, implement appropriate safety measures including quench, rinsing, cooling, and filtration systems
- Use proper lubrication and follow manufacturer installation dimensions precisely
- Always fill hermetic compartment with medium and ensure proper lubrication before startup to prevent dry friction damage
