Installation Guidelines
- Select appropriate mechanical seal materials based on operating conditions and equipment specifications
- Maximum radial shaft/sleeve deviation: 0.04mm
- Maximum rotor axial movement: 0.1mm
- Maximum stationary ring seal face vertical deviation: 0.04mm
- Thoroughly clean all components (shaft, seal chamber, seal faces) before installation
- For extreme temperature or hazardous media applications, implement appropriate quenching, rinsing, cooling, and filtration systems
- Ensure proper lubrication and follow specified installation dimensions
- Fill hermetic compartment with medium and lubricate before operation - dry friction is strictly prohibited
