System Components
- Agent A: Organic polymer formulation that removes paint viscosity, eliminates heavy metals, maintains biological activity, and reduces COD levels
- Agent B: Super polymer flocculant that aggregates paint residue into easily removable suspended solids
Application Guidelines
- Replace water in recirculation system and adjust pH to 8-10 using caustic soda
- Maintain system pH at 7-8 after chemical addition
- Add Agent A at spray booth pump before painting operations
- Add Agent B at salvage location after daily painting work
- Use 1:1 ratio of Agent A to Agent B (2-3 kg each per 20-25 kg paint residue)
- Apply 10-15% chemical volume relative to overspray paint quantity
- Manual operation or metering pump application available

- Agent A: PE drums in 25kg, 50kg, or 1000kg/IBC sizes
- Agent B: 25kg double plastic bags
