Specialized two-component chemical system (Agent A & B) designed for efficient treatment of spray booth wastewater in automotive painting facilities. Features pH range of 1.0-2.5 and solid content of 7.0±1%.

Product Function & Composition
This specialized coagulant system consists of two complementary agents:
- Agent A: Organic polymer formulation that removes paint viscosity, eliminates heavy metals, maintains biological activity, reduces COD, and lowers wastewater treatment costs
- Agent B: Super polymer that flocculates residues into suspension for easy removal and treatment
Application Guidelines
Initial Setup
- Replace water in recirculation system
- Adjust water pH to 8-10 using caustic soda
- Maintain system pH at 7-8 after coagulant addition
Dosage & Procedure
- Add Agent A at spray booth pump before painting operations
- Add Agent B at salvage location after daily work completion
- Maintain 1:1 ratio between Agent A and Agent B
- Recommended dosage: 2-3 kg each when paint residue reaches 20-25 kg
- Application rate: 10-15% relative to overspray paint volume
