Product Overview

This specialized two-component chemical system effectively treats paint wastewater from spray booth operations. Agent A removes paint viscosity and heavy metals, while Agent B flocculates residues for easy removal.

Application Instructions

Replace water in recirculation system and adjust pH to 8-10 using caustic soda
Add Agent A at spray booth pump before spraying operations
After daily spraying, add Agent B at salvage location
Remove paint residue suspension from water system
Maintain 1:1 ratio of Agent A to Agent B
Use 2-3 kg each per 20-25 kg of paint residue

Safety Notice: This product is corrosive to skin and eyes. Wear protective gloves and glasses during handling. If contact occurs, flush immediately with plenty of clean water.

Packaging & Storage

Agent A: PE drums (25kg, 50kg, 1000kg/IBC) - 6 month shelf life

Agent B: 25kg double plastic bags - 1 year shelf life
