QT-XPJ-01 Silicone Defoamer is a highly concentrated solution with nearly 100% activity that can be diluted for various industrial applications. This efficient defoamer achieves the persistence of traditional formulations while requiring minimal usage quantities.

Storage & Preparation: During storage, slight separation or minimal precipitation may occur. Gentle stirring before use (30-60 rpm) is recommended without affecting performance.
Dilution Process: Can be diluted with thickening water using 30-60 rpm stirring for no more than 10 minutes. Contact customer service for specific dilution methods.
Field Application: Select optimal dosing points where defoamer can disperse easily. Final dosing parameters should be determined through field testing.
Available in 25 KG, 200 KG plastic drums or 1000 KG IBC tanks. Store indoors at 5℃-40℃, away from heat sources, direct sunlight, rain, and corrosive substances. Do not add acid, alkali, or salt compounds.
Shelf Life: 12 months unopened under recommended storage conditions.
