A (1) Checking material before feed in
all material must be checked according to the requirements of products before start production .

(2) IPQC ( by handle and auto-machined control )
The semi-finished products must be checked during production to ensure products are always under control .

(3) Chemical elements analysis and physical testing after post treatment
The most metal products need post treatment after formed, we check different performance according requests ..

(4) The second inspection , sort all finished goods by sorting machines if required ;
Good must to be checked in full inspection or partial inspection by handle or auto-machines before packing .
 
(5) Last inspection ( spot checking , packages status , quantity etc )
When all goods are ready , we make a final inspection for quantity and package’s status .

(6) Delivery
Everything is ready , we deliver goods to appointed place or port that negotiated .
