We manufacture from micro stamping parts to large stamping parts with length over 2 meters , the minimum tolerance can be up to 0.01mm (0.0004 inch ) for some stampings .
For the most metal stamping parts have to be plated after formed , refer to ISO10289 and GB 6461 standard or custom requirement for platings , you can choose the best one according to your request .

| Zinc | Various color can be choosed and perfect on anti-corrosion |
| Nickel | Making the surface more bright and hardened and the performance of screws will be improved |
| Polish | Improving the brightness of surface but is inferior is not as zinc in anti-corrosion |
| Tin | It is very perfect to be anti-rust , and widely used to components |
| Brass | It is usually used with Nickel for more good anti-corrrosion. |
| Paint | Its powder paint with colors to prevent surface from rust. |
| Oxide | Oxide is often black color |
| Chrome | Chrome finish can improve the surface hardness of parts , and keep plating color in long time and corrosion resistance . |

1 , Multiple checking during production
Our stamping parts are checked from material to finished product , each step and process are controlled to ensure the quality .
2 , High precise stamping machines
We take the most advanced stamping machines with numerical control , the tolerance can be up to 0.05mm .
3 , Precise and assorted stamping dies .
All our stamping dies are in-house , these stamping dies are made in high tensile strength stamping dies alloy steel like Cr12MoV,Cr12Mo1V1(D2),SKD11 and W18Cr4V etc ; our stamping dies cover full stamping processes blanking ,deep drawing ,bending ,edge curl and so on , the stamping dies on precision is ±1.5μm and surface roughness Ra0.1～0.2μm .
4 , Advanced design
We take the most advanced drawing systems CAD,PROE ,SOLIDWORKS etc to design stamping parts , and make stamping parts are to be in the best prototype before massive production .
