Custom sandwich panel screws are similar with self drilling screws but with longer shaft , it is designed for thick sandwich panel installation .
Sandwich panel screws are made of alloy steel with harden treatment , hex washer head and a plastic ring under head , there are two shaft sections with self tapping threads that set on under head and another section is placed close ends that can secure panels steadily , rest section is shaft . Sandwich panel screws are made by a teck drilling point that is same with roofing screws or teck screws . this design helps sandwich panel screws to cut panels as quickly as possible .

Installation by screwgun if needed for sandwich panel screws
1 . A screwgun with a depth sensitive nose piece that be used to install drillers ,the screwgun should be a min of 4 amps and a RPM range from 0 to 2500c.
2 . Adjust the screwgun nose piece to properly set the fastener .
3 . Damaged bit tips should be replaced
4 . The fastener is fully setted when the head is flush with the work surface .
5 . The fastener have to penetrate beyond the metal structure a min of 3 picthes of threads
