CRYSTAL BASE LAMINATED SAFETY GLASS for Highway Barrier is made by “SANDWICHED” two  layers  tempered glass with thickness 6mm or 8mm, printed in stripes or dots ,together with clear  PVB with thickness 1.14mm or 1.52mm.

Due to the adhesive properties of the PVB film, CRYSTAL BASE takes careful precautions to pevent unwanted particles from attaching to the PVB during adhesion process.

FEATURES:

1. Holds together when shattered. The PVB interlayer keeps the glass bonded, even when broken,resulting in a characteristic spider web cracking pattern across the glass
