1. Raw Material and Technology Features

the product is made of filling materials ,such as sawdust and crashed planted straw(you can select any one kind)and cherimal raw materials which are taken into modified materials thoughtout special technology .this is a green environmental protection project.because that there is no waste water ,waste materials and waste gas during its producetion processing.the finished board don't need high temperature drying ,air-drying and watering ,and under the normal temperature,they will dry well indoor.

2. Product Features

the product manufactured by this equipment has following features:fireproof ,waterproof ,environmental protection and no toxicity ,at the same time it is resistant against acid,alkali and aging.this product can be nailed ,planed ,sawed and sticked .in view of that its fireproofing grade is A,so our product will not be combustible when the fire is 800-1000.at the same time ,when our product is fell into the water for a week ,there are not the folloeing phenomen such as chalking ,deformation and warp .in light of there is not glue in the raw materials ,so there is not formaldehyde and benzene for our boards.

3. Equipment Model and Product Specification

According to different production,our equipment has 6 models for large-scale and small-scale.our all equipment can produce board with same quality and specification but different production.the board with the thickness of 2-25mm, the biggest width of 1,300mm and unlimited length .so you can adjust the thickness of board at will. the standaaaard specification of the board is 1.22m*2.44m.

4. After-sale 

After purchased the equipment ,we will teach relevant technology for free,and will go to your factory for installation and testing until you can produce the qualified producet by yourself .our company will train 2-3 technical personnel for free until he can get he skill.we will take responsibility for provide technical consultation and folloeing-up service for a long time ,the equipment warranty period is one yaer.
