Product Description

The welding production line designed for this project is specifically intended for the rapid production of Wire pallet rack decking. It enables the fully automated production of wire mesh and stiffener. Achieving automatic wire cutting, feeding, welding, bending, rotating, edges trimming, stiffener automatic feeding, welding, and stacking of finished product. The entire line design requires only two operators, enhancing product quality and production efficiency, reducing production costs. Also it helps to addressing the issues of quality instability and low efficiency associated with manual operations. The production efficiency and automation level are significantly improved.

Working Process

1)High speed wire straightening and cutting machine will cut the wires from the wire coil, and then load the wires to the wire supplying system for automatic wire filling of the cross wires and line wires.

2)Cross wire and line wire filling system will feed the wire to the welding position automatically.

3)The welding machine will do welding automatically.

4)After welding, the robot will pick up the mesh and load it to the wire trimming station for cutting the edges.

5)After trimming, the robot will place the wire mesh back to the conveyor line and move it to bending station.

6)The bending machine will bend one side of the mesh.

7)The rotary system will rotate the mesh, and the bending machine will bend another side of the mesh.

8)The wire mesh will move to the stiffeners (support bars) welding position

9)The mechanical arm will load the stiffeners and fix them automatically to the welding position.

10)The welding machine will do welding of the stiffeners as per drawings.

11)After welding, the unloading mechanical arm will flip and stack the finished product automatically.
