At the heart of the machine’s performance is its Precision Welding System, engineered for the thin-walled tubes, fins, and header pipes typical of condenser structures. Equipped with micro-arc welding technology and real-time current feedback, it delivers weld spots with a penetration depth tolerance of ±0.1mm and a surface smoothness of Ra ≤ 1.6μm—eliminating leakage risks that often occur with manual welding. The system automatically adjusts welding parameters (voltage, pulse frequency, cooling time) based on material type (aluminum, copper, stainless steel) and component thickness (0.3-2mm), ensuring consistent weld strength (tensile strength ≥ 180MPa) across every joint, even for high-density condenser tube bundles.

When one fixture is under welding process, operator will load the wires and tube onto the other fixture at the same time. When finish welding, the feeder will automatically exchange the fixture. So the efficiency can be increased.
