DESCRIPTION

This machine is special for welding inner ring with radial wires for electric fan guard. By presetting length and quantity of radial wires, the machine can automatically feed, cut, weld, and rotate till all the radial wires are welded with the inner ring.

After the inner-ring is welded and formed by hydraulic press, put them into the mould on this outer ring welding machine, distribute those 120 wires evenly, start the machine and the outer ring can be welded. Different size of guard needs different welding mould.There are two mould holders. During one is welding, another can be prepared.
