SPECIFICATION

DESCRIPTION

This automatic robot work station to achieve automatic work piece clamping and robot automatic welding process. It is designed with two sets of welding positioner. When one is under welding process, another one could be prepared for loading work piece.

WELDING PROCESS

1. Firstly, put the work piece inside fixture 1, then it will be clamped in fixture 1;

2. Then start the machine, and positioner will rotate fixture 1 which is loaded with work piece to welding position;

3. The robot starts welding. At the same time, you may prepare the loading of work piece in fixture 2;

4. When fixture 1 position finish welding and fixture 2 finish loading, then start the positioner rotation function to change working station;

5. Robot starts welding on work piece of fixture 2. Meanwhile, unloading the welded work piece from fixture 1 and start loading the new work piece on it. The welding cycle will continue

EQUIPMENT COMPONENT 

1. Robot arm model: HS-RAW06, be able to lift 6kg of item. The motion radius is 1437mm which means the maximum reaching distance is 1437mm. Front and back distance could reach 1033mm. Six-axis movement.

2. (Option) Select to choose Italy-made arc welder FCW300DP. It is centralized control and multifunction pulsed power supply which is the most advanced IGBT inverter technology and achieve all digital control.

3. (Option) Be able to choose two-axis position-changing system fixture: adopt inner fixed and outer pressing mode to avoid gap during pressing.

4. (Option) Be able to choose fixture without position-changing system: adopt simple inner fixed and outer pressing mode.
