Design Proposal
This machine is customized for welding small round wire mesh. It adopts 4 sets of circular arc shape welding electrode, welding power could be 4 or 2 sets as well as one set. Workers only need to put and take the work piece manually and machine will automatic welding it. This machine is suitable for batch welding 2.1-3mm wire diameter, 250-350mm diameter mesh.
Working process
Workers manual loading wire mesh into welding mould, and put it into position place, press start button, welding electrode will begin to welding as programmed; Finish welding, manual discharging work piece.
Advantage
Equipment could achieve automatic welding with one time loading and fixture, which could enhances welding quality and production rate, reduce production cost. It can solve the problem and defects of manual operation with instability welding quality and lower production efficiency, more higher production efficiency and automation.
