DESCRIPTION

The welding machine is designed to weld Steel Elevator Panel automatically. CNC control and programmable PLC for model change. Manual loading and automatic welding.

Machine Frame:It adopts enhanced special design steel frame with C structure. The gravity reasonably ensures strength and stability of the machine frame when at high speed running.

Power Source System: Adopt two sets of 50KVA medium frequency inverter welding transformer equipped inverter device. Secondary current is 15000A. Duty cycle rate is 25%. Output welding current is 15KA. The three-phase power supply, through rectified by a special inverter, is converted into 1000Hz AC voltage and then is transmitted to a medium frequency transformer. The current is rectified in order to supply DC welding current. This power source is different from the general type ac pulse power source because it can adjust rapidly and precisely. Small impact to the power grid and the requirement to the power grid capacity is much lower than the single-phase welder with the capacity.

Welding Control System: It adopts intelligence medium frequency inverter controller, with full digital control, simple, easy and convenient operating interface. Its unique performance of automatic detection, compensation and rejecting to work when not reach preset current value, effectively prevent the phenomenon of loose welding and cold joint. It can store 101 sets of programmable welding models. Fast response and high control precision guarantee to obtain high quality welding spots.
