DESCRIPTION
This welding robot is designed for welding Steel Cabinet Box. Adopt 6 axis robot with TIG or MIG welder for automatic welding. Use cylinder to clamp the work piece. Use the level principle to fix the product and ensure the location requirement for robotic automatic welding. Ensure each position could be welded and the fixture is designed with 2 sets in order to meet the production requirement. One set for loading, one set for welding.
Working process:
- Manual load the work piece onto the fixture of welding station 1;
- Start welding; The welding robot and positioner will complete welding according to the setting program.
- Complete welding.
- When the station 1 is under welding process, you can load the work piece onto the second welding station. So the two station can be welded in cycle.
- The machine can achieve automatic welding, manual loading. Help to increase welding quality and production rate. Lower production cost so as to solve the instability, low production rate caused by manual work. Higher automation level.
Be able to choose automatic positioner: adopt inner fixed and outer pressing mode to avoid gap during pressing. The outer pressing board uses multi-block structure to reduce stressed area. The positioner adopts 2KW servo motor with planetary reduction gear. A axis motion range is 360°.
