DESCRIPTION
The machine adopts the method of double-side automatic feeding. This machine is suitable for welding the steel sheet and supports within 1000mm x 1000mm.
This machine is customized for multiple head spot welding metal floor. There have two side automatic fixture which can better help to achieve cycle welding . The machine adopts the method of automatic feeding, and cylinder locates the position of product. The table adopts design of ball head so that it is more convenient to move the sheet metal.
Feature:
Machine Frame:It adopts enhanced special design steel frame with C structure. The gravity reasonably ensures strength and stability of the machine frame when at high speed running.
Welding Control System: Adopt the self-developed intelligent microcomputer quick response touch controller, all-digital control, simple and clear operational interface.
Main Engine Control System: Adopt the touch screen as the human-machine interface, Chinese-English input. Be able to store 30 sets of welding model and each model can be stored 5000 welding positions.
Working table : According to your product, the dimension of table will be designed up to 1000mm x 1000mm. In order to move the product conveniently , we will design many balls on the table. The height of the table can be adjusted within ±25mm

- The using electric are all from Mitsubishi or Omron of Japan with Ideal service life and performance.
