DESCRIPTION
This welding robot is designed for welding aluminum fuel tank . Adopt 6 axis robot with MIG aluminum welder for automatic welding. Use fixture to fix the aluminum fuel tank and ensure the location requirement for robotic automatic welding.

Working process:
COMPOSITION:
1.Body Structure :Adopt the 45 steel structure. It could provide stress supporting point and working platform for other actions.
2.Fixing Mechanism :It uses cylinder-driven design and utilizes the leverage principle to connect the various parts, which performance is stable and reliable.
3.Automatic Moving Mechanism: : Adopt the 45 steel structure. It has enough strength to provides mechanical support for other actions institutions and working platform. The device is equipped with coding type finishing quality of slide rail and automatic detection system.
4.Automatic Rotate Mechanism m :Adopt the 45 steel structure. Equipping with high quality servo motor and reducer which can rotate360 degree. It can ensure all the position can be welded.
5.Electric Crane Jib :Adopt cantilever structure, through the motor drives the rotating motion. It can reduce operator working strength, and can improve the work efficiency.
6. Main Engine Control System: Adopt the robot –control system,English input. The robot-control system, as the control hub as the whole machine, is in charge of reading, transmitting and controlling
all kinds of signal processing and coordinating with various external instructing transmission signal mechanism in order to ensure the validity of all orders of execution of the machine. It effectively
eradicates the occurrence of malfunction and other accidents.
