Motor Spacer Automatic Spot Welding Machine With Automatic Rotary Platform

This machine is customized to weld Motor Spacer with three layers (each layer is 0.3mm thick). The welding machine includes machine frame,automatic feeding arm, automatic rotary table with 6 working stations and welding power source and controller. Adopt manual manual loading motor spacer and automatic arm feeding it to working positions.The six working station includes three working positions for feeding three steel plates of  motor spacer , welding station, discharging station and  standby station. Discharge station has unloading arm and discharging tank.

Automatic Rotating Device: Adopt Taiwan TECO servo motor with 800mm rotating table, simple adjustment, quick response, high control precision, powerful driving. This device can be matched with other auxiliary devices to complete the automatic cycle work.

Automatic Discharging Device: Use the cylinder to jack up the welded work piece. It will coordinate with the external signals transmission system to ensure the action is normal.

Welding Control System: Adopt the self-developed intelligent microcomputer quick response touch controller, all-digital control, simple and clear operational interface.

Power Source System: Adopt one set of 50KVA three phase DC type medium frequency inverter special resistance welding transformer as the welding power source
