CNC Kitchen Sink Automatic Welding Machine
1. Utilizes the principle of seam welder with circular welding wheel.
2. The distance between welding spots will be reduced which will make the nugget overlap with each other. When the interlap degree exceed 1/3 of the diameter of the nugget, then a certain degree of air tightness welding will occur.
3. Medium frequency inverter power source help to save electricity. Adopt the professional automatic control system from MITSUBISHI.
4. Use the servo motor to drive axis X (locate mould) and axis Y (welding electrode) to operate under the preset procedure of PLC data.
5. It could store 15 sets of welding models at most (be able to store 15 sets of welding position and welding current of product).
Application Area
Suitable for sink welding within the range of 1600mmx600mm (adjustable according to your needs).
