Designed for use on life vests where automatic back up is desirable.

Auto inflator is a inflation device that is attached to the air chamber of lifejacket, it can be automatic inflated the chamber when immerse into water. It have a water sensitive bobbin inside, and when the bobbin contact with water, it will be release the spring, and the spring will puncture the pierce pin, the pin will pierce the CO2 cylinder then inflate the chamber within 5 second. The automatic inflator can be reuse after one inflation by change the inside bobbin & indication clip only.

The auto inflator is usually made of high strength nylon material, and the metal part need to be salt water resistance. It should have features of high/low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, aging resistance…to ensure the satisfy work in lifejacket under bad sea contidion.

The auto inflator have a back up manual pull rope for inflation, in case the auto inflation is failed, it can be work by pull the rope.

Easy and inexpensive to rearm – requires only a CO2 cylinder, bobbin and green indicator clip

3. USER INSTRUCTIONS:

3.1 ASSEMBLE:

THIS AUTO INFLATOR IS DESIGNED USED IN LIFE JACKET, IT NEED SCREW TIGHT WITH CO2 CYLINDER, FITTED WITH BOBBIN IN THE CAP AND ASSEMBLE WITH VALVE BASE, HEAT ADHERE TO THE INFLATABLE AIR CHAMBER.

3.2 INFLATION MECHANISM:

THE INSIDE PIN WILL PIECE INTO THE CO2 CYLINDER, ALLOW THE CO2 GAS TO INFLATE THE AIR CHAMBER OF LIFE JACKET.

- AUTO INFLATOR BY THE BIG SPRING FORCE;

- MANUAL INFLATOR BY HAND PULL;

3.3 AUTO/ MANUAL INFLATION:

IT IS AUTOMATIC INFLATED WHEN THE BOBBIN CONTACT THE WATER.

MANUAL INFLATION (IF THE AUTOMATIC SYSTEM IS NO EFFECTIVE): PULL THE HAND ROPE TO START.
