This high-speed extrusion line is specifically designed for automotive wire production, capable of processing PVC, PP, PE, SR-PVC and other plastic materials for insulated and jacketed cable applications.
System Configuration
Complete production line includes:
- Lut barrel up pay off machine with straightening system
- Main extrusion machine with injection system
- Control cabinet and cooling water tank
- Double wheel capstan and accumulator
- Double shaft take-up equipment
Optional equipment: copper wire pre-heater, printer, OD measuring instrument, spark tester, and advanced PLC or IPC control systems for parameter management and remote operation.
