Double Twist Bunching Machine Characteristics:
a). Use PLC, hysteresis clutch take-up device imported from German, tension sensor ensure the stable tension and high quality stranding wire, especially for high quality tight line.
b). Use carbon fiber bow, strong rigidity, uneasy-transformation, small shock, light weight, reduce air friction for high quality of conductors;
c). Use synchronous belt drive, just to replace the guide wheel to change the lay distance, easy to operate.
d). Use spindle to calculate meters, only 0.01% error for a certain wire&cable.
