Battery Pack System Configuration
The energy storage system utilizes a 20ft container housing 6 units of 364.8V 140Ah (51KWh) electric vehicle battery packs configured into 3 energy storage modules. Each 100KWh battery module incorporates different cell specifications (pouch cell, 18650, aluminum battery) with integrated BMS to simulate electric vehicle battery secondary use for large-scale energy storage applications.
The complete system features 3 parallel PCS units, automatic fire extinguishing system, cooling system, and comprehensive monitoring capabilities, delivering 729.6V rated voltage, 420Ah capacity, and 300kWh total power output.
Integrated System Features
Energy Storage System
Utilizes 300kWh LiFePO4 battery technology with 250kW converter for backup storage. The system enables peak-load shifting through AC control cabinet grid connection to factory low voltage busbar, with seamless switching between grid and off-grid modes. When operating with photovoltaic generation, the system transitions to off-grid mode to power charging infrastructure.
