The CA368-G is a high profile wireless communication three phase four wire smart meter for AMR AMI solutions. IIt combines high precision metrology with none-wired communication and contractual management .The meter operates in prepayment and post payment mode. The meter can alter its payment mode by the command from head-end server.
AMI Solution's basic principle is getting connected. This means the smart meters as in the bottom layer must be in connection with the head-end server. The CA368-G is equiped with a plug-in module for data collection and communications . This modular design makes various alternatives of PLC/RF/GPRS/3G and 4G LTE cellular data networks availabe as free choices for utility users and service providers. A second advantage of this modular design is that upgrade and maintenance becomes faster and cheaper by repairing or replacing the modules only instead of the entire meter.
The meter is manufactured by ISO9001 standards and is IP54 rated protective class, in a wide voltage range ( Un -40% +20%) and improved RF immunity of 30V/m, enablign it to work in very harsh outdoors environments. The CA368-G series is also provided with options for measurement of both active and reactive energy, and 2400 bps baud rate optical port for data extraction.
