Production Process
- Automatic sleeve-paper (fan-sleeve) feeding
- Sleeve-cone-body welding using ultrasonic technology
- Cone-sleeve bottom folding (for hollow-style sleeve cups)
- Water-glue (POLYVINYL ACETATE EMULSION) spraying inside cone-sleeve
- Cup/bowl feeding with absorption system
- Inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup
- Collection with photo-electric detection, fault alarm, and counting functions
Material Compatibility
This machine processes PE coated paper, gloss printed paper (gray based paper with gloss printing), and other film coated papers that can be welded by ultrasonic technology.
