Production Process
This automated system performs the complete paper cup manufacturing sequence including paper fan feeding, cup-wall-side sealing using ultrasonic wave, robotic cup transfer, silicone-oil lubricating, bottom punching, pre-heating and pre-folding, main heating, bottom knurling, top curling, and cup discharging.
