Disposable Paper Cups Manufacturing Machinery is a kind of multi-station automatic molding machinery. It runs a series of successive procedures including automatic paper feeding, sealing, oiling, bottom punching, heating, knurling, curling, cup discharging, etc. Our double side PE coated paper cup machine (double PE coated paper cup making machinery) has become an ideal device for producing beverage cups, tea cups, coffee cups, advertising paper cups, market paper cups, ice cream paper cups or other disposable cone type food paper containers.

Half Set Mould: Different Size Cups with same bottom size and angle, Just different size in cup height and Top Dia. Clients can change half set mould to produce different size of cups ( Easy Change Mould).

Technical Specification:

Open Cam System Cup Machine VS. Gear Box System Cup Machine

1. We using Open Cam System for machine running, which keep machine running high speed without any problem(long span life, without broken).

Gear Box for machine running. Speed only run 40 to 50 pcs each min, If speed go higher The gear box very easy broken.

Pls do noted: Open cam system or gear box system is heart of paper cup machine, If it is broken machine direct no use, very difficult to repair it.
