Shock Proof 90 Shore PVC Granules For Communication Cable Insulation

Flexible or plasticizer PVC has been used to produce cable and wire insulation and sheathing for more than 50 years. The performance specification for PVC formulations employed for wire and cable coating or jacketing depends upon the nature of the wire and cable and the use to which it is to be put. Typically, wire and cables in automobiles are required to withstand temperatures as high as 150°C due to the heat generated by the passage of electricity through the cable and as low as -40°C to ensure the insulation is preserved if the automobile is subject to extreme weather conditions. Low temperature performance is also required for cables such as outdoor extension cables that are used in cold climates.

7. Transportation and Storage:

This kind of product in the transportation should not be weathered, should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse , storage period is from the date for a year.

8.Factory Introduction:

Our factory is located in Shangyou industrial zone, Shangyou country,Ganzhou city,Jiangxi province, and setting up sales office and warehouse in Dongguan city. The new and standard factory is built on 40,000 sq. mtr with a total annual capacity of approximately 10,000 tons of various products,covers 2 flame retardant production-line, 7 cable filler yarn production-line,32 twisted machine, with full modernization of testing equipment. All of the products can be exported freely.
