Product Description:
PP foam tape is made of polypropylene and foamed by physical and machine foaming process. PP foam tape is of high tensile strength, light weight and high temperature resistance. It is widely used in communication cable wrapping and filling, or used as shielding layer or water proof layer.
Application:
Apply to wrapping and filling with communication cable and shielding layer, waterproof layer of composite cable with multiple structures.

The main character of PP foam tape is light weight, good longitudinal tensile, environmentally friendly. Has good heat resistance and can be used for more than 120℃.

Slitting and packaging:
Slitting minimum width of 5mm, bore size of 52mm or 76mm; the winding maximum outer diameter of 800mm, carton packaging
Packaging and Marking:
Polypropylene PP Foam Tape will be packed in paper carton with PE film bag inside. It is then sealed and inserted in a wooden pallet. After it is fixed, an external plastic coversheet is wrapped around it to avoid water penetration.
Storage:
Polypropylene PP Foam Tape has a shelf life of 12 months from production date if stored in unopened original packages, under dry and clean conditions at temperatures between 10-30°C. The product will be damaged if it is stored in a moist area or if it gets in contact with water.
