Aluminum polyester tape (single side)
Aluminum polyester tape made of Aluminum foil and polyester film lamination provides conductivity and electromagnetic insulation.
PET film provides electrical insulation and high mechanical strength.
This specification refers to Aluminium tape laminated on one side with polyester intended for screening of instrumention cables.
The polyester side shall be colored light blue for easier identification of aluminium and polyester side.
Application :
Aluminum polyester tape is mainly used on coaxial cables, signal cables, control cables, instrumentation cables, LAN cables, data communication cables, and most of the other communication cables. It can be used in assemble shielding and grounding when aluminum foil polyester was cut. Aluminum polyester tape is also used in Ventilation Industry for flexible duct pipe production, Electronic, Estate Construction and so on.

Color:
Common color is blue and silver, can also be made red, green, gold, etc., according to customer's needs, and can also printing and printed twill according to customer needs.
Electrical characteristics:
Mainly as an anti-electromagnetic interference is usually the case in 1-100MHZ, shielding around 70dB attenuation can be achieved with Mylar foil.
Slitting and packaging:
Slitting minimum width of 5mm, bore size of 52mm or 76mm; the winding maximum outer diameter of 800mm, carton packaging.
Storage: Room temperature under dry conditions, the shelf life of 1 year
