About Products
PP foam tape is mainly made of polypropylene. It is made by physical and mechanical foaming process. It is widly used for wrapping and filling cables such as communication cable, automobile electrical wire and composite cables, used as shielding layer, waterproof layer and other multi strand structure composite cable The main characteristics of PP foam tape are light weight, high tensile strength and environmental protection. With good heat resistance, it can be used in the occasion of over 120 ℃. The test report shows that it's shrinkage is lower than 2% after heated to 120℃ after 22 hours, while the PE is 40%.
The PP foam tape has different colors, the neutral color is white and it is a little cheaper than colored ones.
Application:
Apply to wrapping and filling with communication cable and shielding layer, waterproof layer of composite cable with multiple structures.

Product Show:
Packaging and Marking:
Polypropylene PP Foam Tape will be packed in paper carton with PE film bag inside. It is then sealed and inserted in a wooden pallet. After it is fixed, an external plastic coversheet is wrapped around it to avoid water penetration.
Storage:
Polypropylene PP Foam Tape has a shelf life of 12 months from production date if stored in unopened original packages, under dry and clean conditions at temperatures between 10-30°C. The product will be damaged if it is stored in a moist area or if it gets in contact with water.
