Product Description:

Twisted FR Polypropylene yarn filler is designed for Fire Resistant and Flame Retardant cable filling application.

It is highly flame retardant filler and tightly twsited to be round.

LSHF FR PP Filler is environmentally friendly flame retardant material, with light weight and excellent tensile strength. It can easily make the wire & cable round and smooth This material is halogen- and asbestos free

Used as fire cable filler ,it easily ensure cables to passes the standard IEC 60331,IEC 60332-3 and BS 6387, the tests for fire resistant & vertical flame spread of vertically mounted bunched wires and cables.

It can be used with excellent fire safety characteristics and good properties.

The twisted FR Cable filler normally is light blue colored or also can be white.

Application:

 

Mainly used for filling the gap of cable core of flame-retardant power cable,flame-retardant mining cable, flame-retardant marine cable, flame-retardant silicone rubber cable, fire-resistant cable, fire(oxygen)-insulation layer cable and other cables requiring flame-retardant and high-temperature resistance.

 

 

Packaging :

 

Flame retardant and high temperature resistant filler rope has two packaging methods according to its specifications.

(1) Small size (88cm*55cm*25cm): The product is wrapped in a moisture-proof film bag and put into a woven bag.
(2) Large size (46cm*46cm*53cm): The product is wrapped in a moisture-proof film bag and then packed in a waterproof polyester non-woven bag.

 

 

The flame retardant and high temperature resistant filler rope we provided has the following characteristics:

1) Soft texture, free bending, no delamination and powder removal when light bending.
