PP cable filler yarn is made of polypropylene and other modifiers such as caco3. The PP cable filler yarn is often used in cable filling to keep the roundness and provide higher tensile strength. PP cable filler yarn has a lighter density and higher tensile strength. It has different kinds with different performances, which is suitable for different kinds of wire and cables. The PP yarn can be custom twisted or non-twisted.
Product Classification
Low denier PP yarn: can be used as sewing threads, such as 1200D~4000D white color or transparent (neutral color)
White color high tensile strength PP yarn: mainly used in cable filling, it is most widely used PP yarn. It is light and strong to make the cable more round and stronger.
Flame retardant PP yarn: specially for flame retardant wire and cable. Our flame retardant PP yarn are halogen free and RoHS free products which can through environmental safety test.
