A Frame Portable Airplane Hangar Sidewalls With Flame Retardant

1. Application

Our hangar tent series adopt inflatable roof system, and sandwich panel hardwall system to create a safe and comfortable location for aircraft storage and maintenance. Large size lifting door allows the entry and exit easily. This series is able to ahcieve windload 120km/h, snowload 25-75kg/sqm.

2. Material
1) Frame struss: Hard pressed extruded aluminium 6061 /T6(15HW) which can last 15 to 25 years.
2) Fabric cover: High quality double PVC-coated polyester textile, 100% waterproof, flame retardant to DIN4102 B1, M2, CFM, UV resistant, tear resistant, self-cleaning ability, etc.
3) Connecter: Strong hot-DIP galvanized steel

3. Specification
Main profile is 204x120x4mm, side height is 4m.
 

There is no limitation for the length. It can be increased or decreased by 3m bay or 5m bay.

1) Allowed temperature condition: -30 degree Celsius~+70 degree Celsius
2) Wind load: Max. 100km/h (can be reinforced)
3) Snow load: 75kg/sqm (snow can't stay if use big degree roof design)
4) Easy to be assembled and dismantled, removeable
5) No pole inside, 100% room is available
6) Sizes can be customized(like side/leg height)

1). Fabric: Test reports for the fire retardant, standards:NFPA701, CFM & din 4102B1/M2
2). Structure safety: Certificates by the registered engineers in the U.S.A & Australia.
