The clear span of the Big Tent-BTA series is from 10m to 25m and the main profile size

is 204x110x4mm. Big Tent-BTA series are modular structures and can be increased or

decreased in bay distance of 5m according to the clients’ requirements. The main

frameworks (upright support and roof beam) are manufactured with high impact extruded

anodized aluminum (6061/T6). The PVC covers use PVC-coated polyester textile and flame

retardance which is based on the European standard DIN 4102B1, M2. The big tent-BTA

series can resist up to 100km/hr wind loading.

There are also many different styles and shapes of Big Tent- BTA series like square,

hexagonal, octagonal, decagonal, dodecagonal, and double decker. All clear span big

tent structures are available with a complete range of accessories. These accessories

are sidewalls with clear windows, ground anchors, weight plate, lining, glass wall

system, and ABS hard wall system. You can use Big Tent-BTA series for both temporary

and permanent solutions.

1. Application
Our hangar tent series adopt inflatable roof system, and sandwich panel hardwall system to create a safe and comfortable location for aircraft storage and maintenance. Large size lifting door allows the entry and exit easily. This series is able to ahcieve windload 120km/h, snowload 25-75kg/sqm.

1) Frame struss: Hard pressed extruded aluminium 6061 /T6(15HW) which can last 15 to 25 years.
2) Fabric cover: High quality double PVC-coated polyester textile, 100% waterproof, flame retardant to DIN4102 B1, M2, CFM, UV resistant, tear resistant, self-cleaning ability, etc.
3) Connecter: Strong hot-DIP galvanized steel
