HFD-UT8C Multi-channel Ultrasonic System

 

The HFD-UT2C/UT4C/UT8C/1616C/UT40C series is our new multi-channel ultrasonic data acquisition and secondary development platform. It integrates ultrasonic high-voltage transmission, echo signal reception, amplification, AD acquisition and processing functions. Besides it provides the secondary developments for user to develop new software--The processing of the data logged by the HFD-UT2C~UT40C enables users to customize functions and interfaces, and then integrate them into the system to form a variety of ultrasonic application systems.

HFD-UT8C means that the instrument has 8 UT channels and channels are blockable.

*Note: If more channels are needed, please take the HFD-UT40C into consideration, which supports 40 UT channels.

Structural principle:

The HFD-UT8C is an independent module, which is connected to the monitoring host through the network cable. The software running on the monitoring host sends instructions to the HFD-UT8C through the network interface, and receives the data returned from the HFD-UT8C, as shown in the figure below.

 

Features:

Secondary Developments

  • Provide a full set of client sample programs DEMO source code. The DEMO code already has basic multi-channel ultrasonic functions. Users can refer to the DEMO code for secondary development or add functions directly to the DEMO code for development.
  • Thoughtfully designed secondary programming access enables an intuitive and simple programming, supporting manual debugging. Before programming, user can send instruments to the HFD-UT2C~UT40C manually to test the effect of the modification of parameters

 

Excellent Physical Features

  • Internal integrated ultrasonic excitation circuit, negative square wave form, voltage adjustable from - 25V to - 300V, adjustable pulse width from 30ns to 1000ns, maximum matching with different types of transmitting elements.
  • Internal integrated with most of the signal processing and detection functions required by ultrasonic flaw detection instrument, such as A-wave compression, gate detection, sound path measurement, etc., you can quickly set up a standard ultrasonic flaw detection system.
  • Offers raw data for user-processing by sending raw AD acquisition data to clients
