Application & Usage

Pre-Use Instructions

Before first use or after long storage, inspect all external and internal components for damage or looseness. Do not disassemble any parts without authorization.

Store and operate in a dry, clean, well-ventilated environment free from corrosive gases, high temperatures, or strong vibrations.

Verify power supply compatibility and connection correctness before switching on.

Operation Procedure

1. Connect power cable to grid and distribution cabinet, then close breaker handle

2. Switch on "Power" - indicator light will activate and exhaust fan will start

3. Connect cable ends to output copper bar and coil/rod electrode

4. Press trigger button or foot switch to initiate AC magnetization

5. Connect rod electrode to workpiece or wind cable around workpiece

6. Adjust current knob to required value and complete magnetization (max 2 seconds)

7. For demagnetization, switch selector to "Demag." and repeat steps 1-7

8. When finished, turn off main power switch and remove accessories
