Vacuum Box Weld Leakage Detector
Our vacuum tank detection system is specially designed for detecting weld leakage on oil storage tank bottom plates, providing an efficient, fast, and economical detection method with a detection rate of penetrating corrosion/pinholes not less than 95%.
Product Introduction
Designed for comprehensive inspection of oil storage tanks, our vacuum box detection system can detect:
- Lap/butt welds on bottom plates of any size storage tanks
- Circumferential welds (fillet welds) on bottom plates of storage tanks with diameter ≥5 meters
Special Features
- Foot-operated design eliminates need for manual pressing or bending
- Integrated wheels for easy movement without lifting
- Optional remote-controlled vacuum pump operation
