About HD-105A
The HD-105A holiday detector is an intelligent pulsed high voltage protecting coating quality detector. It features an anti-interference intelligent chip, anti-interference LED screen, and advanced digital control circuitry for precise high voltage output (±0.1KV+3% reading). The device automatically adjusts voltage according to coating thickness and operates on lithium battery power for field use.
Operating Principle
When the high voltage probe passes over non-conductive coating, spark discharge occurs if the coating is too thin or has leaks/pinholes. The detector simultaneously records the number of leaks detected.
Applications
With its advanced, stable, and reliable design, the HD-105A is widely used in chemical, oil, rubber, and enamel industries for detecting metal anti-corrosion coating quality.
