The side length of test piece tested by milscale is 0.75in×0.75in.the average thickness of test piece CX-430 is 0.004in .The artificial defect symbol “o”and symbol“+”tested by precision microscope are both on the center of the test piece. The diameter of symbol four“o”is 0.507in,symbor“+”is 0.25in.

The thickness of test piece CX-430 is 0.004in.the groove depth is 0.0012in,the

groove width is 0.007in.

Quality

The physics and chemistry test show the result that the metal is made from 1005 Steel Park electromagnetic pure iron plate.
