Wheel Shape Wet Film Thickness Gauge
Manufactured according to ISO 2808-1974(E) standard for determining paint and varnish film thickness. Suitable for both laboratory use and production control applications.

Operation Guidelines
- Apply coating to suitable hardness plate with minimum 25mm clearance from edges
- Measure wet film thickness immediately after coating application
- Place instrument with least reading at top and roll forward 180° then reverse
- For fast-volatile solvents, take multiple readings and calculate average
Application Note: While primarily designed for flat test plates, these instruments can also measure on curved surfaces with single-direction bending, provided the substrate doesn't affect measurement between concentric wheels.
