Operation Example: Phase Analysis of Block Defect
  1. Select "DISP." and set "Disp.Mode" as "Line"
  2. Configure frequency, filter, gain, and low-pass settings
  3. Set probe gain and driver parameters
  4. Adjust Y/X Ratio (2.0-5.0 for pencil probes)
  5. Position center point using arrow keys and confirm
  6. Balance probe on defect-free area and adjust phase
  7. Scan cracks on test block and observe signal patterns
